Sr Director Medical Asset Lead - Permanent - Boston, MA

天涯社区官网 is seeking a Medical Asset Lead for a Senior Director position to oversee a dedicated team.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role will be oversee the development and execution of the medical strategy for oncology assets, ensuring alignment with the overall objectives. The successful candidate will lead and collaborate with various teams to drive the medical plan and ensure compliance and optimal performance.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Advanced Clinical/Science degree (ideally MD).
  • Extensive experience in oncology, developing and executing medical/scientific strategies and plans.
  • Strong leadership skills, both operationally and strategically.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills.

The Sr Director Medical Asset Lead's responsibilities will be:

  • Lead the creation and communication of the integrated asset medical data generation plan.
  • Ensure alignment with functions prior to Asset Team meetings.
  • Review programs with the SEED Sub-Team and make go/no-go decisions.
  • Manage global asset medical studies and programs, ensuring performance, safety, and GCP compliance.
  • Allocate resources and align priorities with the VP of GMA Oncology.
  • Develop and manage the asset budget and 5-year plan.
  • Foster patient engagement throughout the value chain.
  • Drive and manage all medical affairs activities for product indications in collaboration with global and local medical affairs and cross-functional teams
