ÌìÑÄÉçÇø¹ÙÍø is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Brand Manager. The successful candidate will be required to participate in the definition of the strategy of key brands and ensure their execution. This role will be responsible for designing innovative strategies, deploying the brand narrative and supporting cross-functional teams to cement the brands as market leaders in their category. This position reports directly to the Head of Marketing Italy.

The Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive brand strategies and tactical plans
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives and product launches
• Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and patients needs to identify growth opportunities
• Create compelling messaging and content for key stakeholders
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and Scientific Societies
• Optimize resource allocation in collaboration with the whole Marketing and OCE team
• Track brand performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet business objectives
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements
• Ensure trainings to the field force
• Develop forecasts and LRPs

Skills and Experience:

• A degree in a relevant scientific discipline such as Science, Chemistry, Biology or Pharmacy. MBA is a valued plus.
• Proven working history in a marketing role within the pharmaceutical industry
• Previous sales experience is an asset
• Proven track record of developing successful brand strategies and driving product growth
• Excellent project management, analytical and communicational skills
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external agencies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving market conditions
• Fluency in the local language and English.
