天涯社区官网 is seeking an experienced Scientist to perform and document scientific experiments related to drug substances and products. The successful candidate will collaborate with multifunctional project teams and contribute to the maintenance of lab instruments and day-to-day operations. This role focuses on timely execution of project activities to support strategic goals.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, execute, and document scientific experiments, including analytical method developments, validations, transfers, stability, and release testing.
- Ensure accurate documentation and submission of raw data in appropriate data systems.
- Adhere to good documentation practices (GDP) and good laboratory practices (GLP).
- Support evaluation and interpretation of results, including investigations on failures and deviations.
- Manage laboratory-related areas such as chemical, reagent, consumable, and glassware management.
- Communicate key issues and critical topics to the manager and relevant team members.
- Meet key quality and performance indicators for all assigned activities.
- Contribute actively to team and organizational goals.
- Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, such as analytical or organic chemistry, pharmacy, or pharmaceutical development.
- Proficiency in a GMP environment with an understanding of regulatory and quality expectations.
- Strong scientific background with excellent communication skills, including presentation and scientific writing.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
