�� is seeking a dedicated Genetics & Genomics Lab Research Associate to contribute to the development and implementation of genomic assays for biomarker analysis. This role involves hands-on laboratory work, focusing on innovation and advancing the understanding of genetic and genomic mechanisms to support therapeutic development.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

Develop, validate, and implement genetics and genomics-based biomarker assays for pre-clinical studies and early-phase clinical trials.
Evaluate and apply advanced genetics and genomics technologies to maximize insights from pre-clinical and clinical samples.
Deliver high-quality biomarker data to project teams, contributing to therapeutic development.
Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) regulations in all laboratory activities.
Inspire and train other scientists and associates in novel technologies and facilitate method transfer to external partners.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Advanced degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, or related field with experience in biomarker assay development.
Expertise in molecular biology techniques and next-generation sequencing platforms.
Proficiency in developing and applying genomic assays across various platforms and sample types.
Familiarity with Good Clinical Practices (GCP) is advantageous.
Fluency in English; German is a plus.
Creative and rigorous approach to evaluating and developing new technologies.
Strong team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
