This role will be part of a dynamic marketing team, working on promotional offerings and ensuring excellent customer experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established brand that has undergone significant transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of various projects and localize global materials.
- Develop strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including global and regional teams.
- Work on projects such as P2P/eP2P, large face-to-face congresses, and digital materials.
- Drive progress in customer beliefs to influence prescribing behaviours within priority accounts.
- Identify barriers to delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensure execution excellence of the Operational Plan for 2025 and beyond.
- Partner closely with sales, PRA, medical, and OCE teams to ensure brand and project success.
- Seek commonalities and opportunities for synergies to maximize efficiencies.
- Ensure adherence to integrity and compliance in all activities.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong project management skills.
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated integrity and ability to lead others in producing high-quality, compliant work.
- Analytical skills for analysing sales figures, market conditions, and competitor performances.
- Enthusiastic, curious, and flexible with high learning agility.
- Preferable technical marketing knowledge and understanding of NHS health policy and commissioning.
- Experience in dermatology or rheumatology therapeutic areas is a plus.
