Director, Medical Device Clinical Strategy - Permanent - San Diego (Remote)

�� is seeking a visionary leader to develop and implement a transformative Clinical and Evidence Generation Strategy for medical devices.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of clinical strategies, oversee clinical trials and evidence generation activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, establish relationships with key stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance, and analyze clinical data to inform strategic decisions.

The Director, Medical Device Clinical Strategy's responsibilities will be:

Strategic Innovator: Develop and execute clinical strategies to position medical devices as market leaders with providers, payers, and value analysis committees.
Evidence Pioneer: Lead the creation of clinical studies and real-world evidence initiatives to support safety, efficacy, and commercial viability.
Expert Advisor: Be the go-to resource for clinical and scientific insights, supporting internal teams and external stakeholders with compelling data and narratives.
Collaborative Leader: Partner with cross-functional teams across marketing, medical, clinical operations, and market access to ensure alignment with overarching goals.
Relationship Builder: Cultivate strong relationships with clinical investigators, research partners, and healthcare providers to advance clinical objectives.
Problem Solver: Identify evidence gaps and craft actionable strategies to address market needs and enhance adoption.
