Discipline: Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA)

Location: Sweden

We are seeking a dedicated Line Manager to oversee CTAs efficiently within a reputable Pharmaceutical company at the country level in Stockholm, Sweden. In this role, you will be responsible for the direct line management of a team of Clinical Trial Assistants (CTAs) and other positions delivered for the client. The position will be based in Stockholm 4 days per week.

Responsibilities:

Lead your team in alignment with organizational policies and applicable regulations by planning, assigning, and directing work, participating in performance appraisals, guiding professional development, addressing employee relations issues, and resolving problems.
Participate in human resources actions, including the selection and onboarding process for new team members, conducting candidate reviews, participating in interviews, and coordinating onboarding training in collaboration with HR. Ensure your team has the necessary materials, system access, and training to fulfill their job responsibilities.
Allocate resources effectively to clinical research projects by assigning team members to studies based on their experience and training.
Monitor the quality of the clinical work performed by your staff through regular reviews and evaluations.
Identify quality risks and develop action plans to maintain the team's professional performance.
Support team members in achieving defined tasks and quality metrics by regularly reviewing and reporting findings as outlined by clinical operations management.

Key Skills and Requirements:

1 to 2 years line management experience of CTAs
8 to 10 years' experience in Clinical Research
University degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare field.
Strong line management experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or pharmaceutical industry, preferably within an international environment.
Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish.
Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive attitude and ability to interact with staff at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines as necessary.
Strong leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

What's on offer? Between 860k to 890k SEK per year + 10 bonus + much more.
