�� is looking for a Controller - Order to Cash to join a leading MD company. This remote/flexible interim position is based in Munich. This role focuses on analyzing financial and operational data related to the Order-To-Cash process for direct business in DE and Austria. You will ensure the accuracy and completeness of medical billing and revenue recognition, suggest improvements, and create dashboards for timely financial visibility.

Responsibilities:

Analyze accurate and complete billing of all incoming orders from health insurances.
Identify billing gaps or process issues and collaborate with various functions, including IT, to resolve them.
Work with Customer Care, billing specialists, and third-party billing providers to address billing disputes.
Report invoicing status to the International Accounting Team to support month-end close activities.
Develop strong working relationships with accounting and finance teams for analysis and data validation.
Participate in special projects and ad-hoc reporting related to OTC in DE and Austria.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Strong analytical skills.
Organized with proven ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
Effective verbal and written communication skills at all levels in the organization.
Proficiency in English and German (verbal and written).
Strong knowledge of Excel and other Office tools, such as Analysis for Office.
Experience in building dashboards and ad hoc reports.
BA/BS degree in finance, accounting, marketing, economics, information technology, or relevant equivalent work experience.
Understanding of the German healthcare system and medical aid regulations is a plus.
Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex problems.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage.
Prior experience in a fast-paced publicly traded company is a plus.
Track record of continuous development of processes and systems.
